When you book a service visit or send a question, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), vehicle details, what you would like done, whether you plan to wait or leave your vehicle, and your description of the concern. We also keep the date and time of your booking and a record of our messages to and from you.
We use it to arrange and carry out your visit, answer your questions, contact you about that visit, and keep our service and business records. We do not sell your information.
We only send text messages or email that you have agreed to receive. Agreeing is always optional and never a condition of booking. If we text you, reply STOP at any time to stop texts. For email, use the unsubscribe link or contact us. We will not send promotional messages unless you have agreed to them.
We use a third-party booking and customer-management service (GoHighLevel) to run this website, our calendar and our customer records. It handles your information on our behalf, and may store it on servers outside Canada. We do not run advertising trackers on this website at this time.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our service and to meet legal, tax and record-keeping duties.
